Market Street Stamps Block Party

It's time for this month's Market Street Stamps' Block Party! If you haven't ever played along before, you can get all of the information here on the Market Street Stamps blog. If you join in on the party you could have the chance to win a Guest Design Team spot for next month or a prize package!! Here is the card that I made: I used the Doily stamp that came in the February Market Fresh Kit that is still available on their website, for the background and the sentiment is from Simple Salutations .  The die cuts were cut using the Blossom Tags and Accents from Spellbinders and the flower is from Prima. The twine is from The Twinery and the ink is Adirondack Ink from Ranger.

Happy Birthday Boy

It's another Saturday Challenge day over at 365 Cards ! Today's prompt is: All boy...sort of Think birthday and boy but not of that stereotypical blue on your card. And this is what I came up with: I don't know about you, but ever since I saw the Note to Self collection from Echo Park at CHA in January, I could not wait to get my hands on it!!  So here is another card, though it does not follow the no blue of the above card. I can see that this will be one of those collections that I will be buying a second pack of. Hope you have a wonderful day, and don't forget to go on over and check out the 365 Cards blog for more inspiration throughout the week!

Movie Night

Welcome to another Saturday Challenge for 365 Cards ! Today's prompt is  Imagine This: Cinema I thought this would be a great invite for a movie night or even an Oscar party. The patterned paper is from My Mind's Eye Kraft Funday 6x6 paper pad. I thought the tickets on there were perfect! The camera is popped up on foam dots and is from the Silhouette Online Store, I just searched for Movie. And the chipboard star was covered in glitter. All in all I think it turned out pretty cool, though it is a pretty simple card to put together.  Make sure to hop on over to the 365 Cards blog to check out all of the other challenges from this past week. Maybe even participate and win a prize!

PKS Photo Inspiration Challenge

Make sure you go on over to check out the Design team inspiration, they are amazing as always! And here is mine: I used Faceless Fruit and the sentiment is from Lady Bug Thank You .

Market Street Stamps and Scor-Pal!!

Hello and welcome! Today's post is featuring some great projects using both Market Street Stamps and Scor-Pal . Make sure to check out both of their blogs for some fabulous projects and chances to win all week long !! & The following card was made using the Score-Pal to make creases in 1/2" in increments in diagonal on the backside of the patterned paper and then I sanded the front. The stamp set I used is Make a Memory . The lens of the camera was cut out of a different patterned paper and then popped up to give some dimension. The next project is a book mark holder. I don't know about you, but I tend to read several books at the same time. So, I thought this would be a great way to hold several bookmarks all in one place! I started out with two different Authentique Foundations Paper {12x24 inches, folded to make a 12x12}, and cut each into three 4" strips. I then cut the 4" x 12" {really 24" but they are folded in half}

Beautiful

Hello! It's my day to share a project for the Market Street blog.  I stamped the label from For All it's Worth on the red polka dot patterned paper and cut it out, then on a piece of white cardstock, I stamped it again and cut around the center part. I stamped the Beautiful sentiment from Autumn Greetings  on the white piece and then used Antique Linen Distress Ink and the foam ink tool to color the piece.  The patterned paper is from Lily Bee's This & That 6x6 paper pad. The twine is from American Crafts and the buttons were in my stash. Hope you are all enjoying your day today and I will be back tonight with my sneak peeks for the April Stamp of the Month Kit and Peachy Picks Kit from Peachy Keen Stamps!!
