Hello, all! So glad you could make it for this month's Market Street Stamps Sneak Peek. I had so much fun making this card. Angelica is so talented and it is such a pleasure to use her stamps. I made the background using Ranger's Alcohol Inks. This is my most favorite technique ever. I can sit down and make these backgrounds for hours, working with all of the different colors and variations. There are several tutorials out there, but if anyone is interested let me know and I can do a video. This stamp worked perfectly to put on the background. I then layered a couple of ribbons for some texture, and added the button to finish of the card. I can't wait for you to see the rest of the sneaks! Sorry this wasn't posted yesterday, but I was a lot busier than I had anticipated. Here are some projects I made using Peachy Keen Stamps . The owner, Kathy, is so very talented and she always comes out with the cutest stuff! For all three of the cards, I used Echo Park's Merry Christmas line. For this first card I used the Lorie and Al Gingerbread Set for the image and the saying is from the Bite Me Ginger set. I also used Peapod twine from The Twinery, my white Signa Uniball pen for the frosting, and Copic Markers to color in the image. The saying and image was stamped using Memento Rich Cocoa. Here are a few cards that I am going to be using in an Alcohol Ink class. I absolutely love using this technique. You always get a different look no matter what you do.
