It's another Saturday Challenge day over at 365 Cards ! Today's prompt is: All boy...sort of Think birthday and boy but not of that stereotypical blue on your card. And this is what I came up with: I don't know about you, but ever since I saw the Note to Self collection from Echo Park at CHA in January, I could not wait to get my hands on it!!  So here is another card, though it does not follow the no blue of the above card. I can see that this will be one of those collections that I will be buying a second pack of. So, it's that time again. Time for another giveaway. I have been busy here in Anaheim at CHA working in the Market Street Stamps booth and walking the floor finding lots of goodies for Peachy Keen's Peachy Picks. I have met so many lovely ladies who I have previously only known through web and many new faces too. I do have to say that I am missing my family, but I am also having so much fun here! There are quite a few more coming, but here are a few pictures that I have taken over the first couple of days of the show.  Two new amazing lines from Echo Park and Lori Whitlock. So, I took a field trip into town the other day so I could hit all of the craft stores, and I have to tell you, good thing the hubby was out of town. If he saw me walk in the house with all of those bags, my ears would still be burning! So you ask, DoBea, what did you all get? -Fabric remnants, and lots of them. (You will see these pop up pretty soon.) -A new border punch. (Saw it and just had to have it.) -Tim Holtz embellies. (Fragments, masks, metal findings.And I don't think I paid full price for a one of them.) -A small dress form. (Perfect for the jewelry I make. What? You didn't know I did that too?) -A pack of cardstock. (All of my white was gone, so I was in a pinch.) -Two more Tim Holtz Distress Inks. (I only need two more, and I have them all. Do you know how hard it is to find Aged mahogany and Pine Needles?) -A bunch of the new MME patterned paper. (Oh, so YUMMY!) -Echo Park's For the Record paper pack. Here are a couple more layouts that I made using my December kit. I have a couple more things to show you, but my flash batteries need to charge before I can do that. All of the patterned paper is by Echo Park. For my Christmas albums, I really try to keep all of my pages simple. I usually have so many pictures and I would rather not detract from them. I don't really use any kind of techniques, either. But, when the album is all put together, I just seems better that way, at least to me. For this layout, the title letters are also from Echo Park, the buttons were in my stash and the ribbon is from Maya Road. In this next layout  the title is made of Thickers from American Crafts, the mini Kraft bag is from Scrap Within Reach, the flowers and bauble are from Making Memories, the red ribbon is from Maya Road and the brown ribbon is from American Crafts. Here is a card that I made using the December kit. I am totally psyched that I am accomplishing so much with this kit. I don't think that I have made this many layouts in a couple of months! This card is super simple (I know I say that a lot, but that's just who I am) and to the point. I find that if I overthink or over do something, it end up on the cutting room floor. Here is another layout that I made using the December Kit. The product that I used that was not in the kit is a Snow Writer by Deco Art to make the icicle fringe. I also thought that the photo would do really well on this layout in sepia. If you haven't noticed, I used the paper left from the last layout where I had cut out the snowflake. I also cut out the words from one of the sheets of paper as my journaling. Hope you enjoy!

Here is a layout I did using the December kit I made up for myself. Normally, I make an entire album of Christmas layouts for the year, and I plan on still doing that, but I never usually make one for the girls albums. The paper, I thought, would be perfect for me to start doing that. Everything that I used on the layout was in the kitexcept for the gold ribbin through the button. I used the Winter Woodland Cricut cartridge for the snowflake and I doodled around the two smaller pictures.

Sorry this wasn't posted yesterday, but I was a lot busier than I had anticipated. Here are some projects I made using Peachy Keen Stamps . The owner, Kathy, is so very talented and she always comes out with the cutest stuff! For all three of the cards, I used Echo Park's Merry Christmas line. For this first card I used the Lorie and Al Gingerbread Set for the image and the saying is from the Bite Me Ginger set. I also used Peapod twine from The Twinery, my white Signa Uniball pen for the frosting, and Copic Markers to color in the image. The saying and image was stamped using Memento Rich Cocoa.
