Today's Saturday Challenge for 365 Cards is:
So Soothing
                   Use soothing colors and images on your card.


So I made a scene of a beautiful warm Spring day with big puffy clouds and soft green grass, my ideal day.

The clouds are from a sheet of American Crafts. The sun and sentiment were cut with my Cameo using a sheet of paper from Echo Park.

The grass is made using Pink Paislee tissue paper. I cut some strips from it and glued it down with a lot of creases and wrinkles.

    THIS is fabulous! When you say tissue paper do you mean like tissue paper that you put inside gift bags for presents? OHHHH I'm SO trying that. lol

Beautiful

Hello! It's my day to share a project for the Market Street blog.  I stamped the label from For All it's Worth on the red polka dot patterned paper and cut it out, then on a piece of white cardstock, I stamped it again and cut around the center part. I stamped the Beautiful sentiment from Autumn Greetings  on the white piece and then used Antique Linen Distress Ink and the foam ink tool to color the piece.  The patterned paper is from Lily Bee's This & That 6x6 paper pad. The twine is from American Crafts and the buttons were in my stash.
